Refund policy
Email us at Monica@CreamsicleStudios.com to discuss returning any product. We want to make it right! But first, here is some information that can help:
All products by Creamsicle Studios are created through Print on Demand. This means that these products are made specifically for each order. For this reason, print on demand vendors do not support returns for such reasons as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, providing inaccurate shipping address information. If you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we can try to figure something out!
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Monica@CreamsicleStudios.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a refund gets approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
